At Erukshon, LLC, we take pride in offering high-quality supplements designed to enhance your vitality and performance. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order comply with the laws and regulations of your city, state, or country.

• Banned Substances: If a product is prohibited in your jurisdiction, we cannot be held liable for any issues arising from your purchase, including confiscation or penalties.

• Customs Confiscation: Should your order be detained or confiscated by customs in your country, Erukshon, LLC is not responsible for any losses. In such cases, no refunds, replacements, or reimbursements will be provided.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations.

 
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please note that cancellations are subject to a 20% fee, which will be deducted from your payment. Orders cannot be canceled once the product is out for delivery.

Note: All orders shipped overseas and outside the 48 continental United States are final! These sales are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How Long Do I Have to Return the Product?
You have 14 days from when the product(s) is shown that  was deliver to return the product. To initiate a return, please email us at support@erukshon.com.

 
Shipping Fee, Returns Policy, and Refund Process
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. In some cases, we may request an image of the incorrect or damaged product before reimbursing the customer's shipping fee.

To receive a refund, the product must be returned in good physical condition (not broken or damaged) unless the product was broken or damage when receive with 14 days of receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

 
Replacement Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us for more details at support@erukshon.com.

 
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-21 business days and please remember we will take out an 20% processing fee for payment for returns and cancel payments.

Arbitration and Legal Jurisdiction Agreement

By purchasing any products from Erukshon, LLC, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies, including but not limited to those arising from the purchase, use, or performance of our products, shall first be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Cincinnati, Ohio, or another mutually agreed location.

In the event arbitration does not resolve the issue, you agree that any subsequent legal proceedings shall be exclusively conducted in the courts located in Cincinnati, Ohio, or Southern Ohio, and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

Additionally, Erukshon, LLC reserves the right to take legal action against any individuals or entities that make false, misleading, or defamatory claims about our products or company.
