All crypto payments are final. We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Solana (SOL), XRP, XLM, and PYUSD. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout — shipping details cannot be changed after a crypto payment has been processed.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please note: Cancellations are subject to a 20% processing fee, deducted from your payment. Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped or is out for delivery.

Return Policy

Refunds and Return Process

- Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility

.- In cases of incorrect or damaged items, we may request photos prior to issuing reimbursement or replacement

.- Refunds are only issued for products returned in good, unused condition, unless the product arrived damaged

- Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days, minus applicable fees

Arbitration and Legal Jurisdiction

By purchasing from Erukshon, LLC, you agree that any disputes, claims, or controversies related to your purchase or our products shall first be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Cincinnati, Ohio, or another mutually agreed-upon location.

If arbitration does not resolve the issue, you agree that any legal proceedings shall be exclusively conducted in the courts of Cincinnati, Ohio (Southern District), and you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts. Erukshon, LLC also reserves the right to take legal action against any individuals or entities that make false, misleading, or defamatory statements about our products or company
